Driving in muddy and inundated third world streets is always a particular joy.
Our meeting with the local Minister of Health, Dr. Caceres, was fruitful. Our public health collaboration and medical relief trip for 2011 is taking shape.
Now for a brief respite at a hotel where the rain has leaked into the room, the internet broke, and where bedbugs lurch.
All part of the adventure.
